Meet Marion and Patricia
Our passion for hairstyling drives everything we do. We believe in empowering stylists to transform lives, one strand at a time.
Marion
Meet the visionary behind Cold Hair Academy. Marion has been in the salon industry for over 25 years. She started cutting/colouring hair in her bathroom for friends. At 17 years old she officially started her career. By the time she was 29, she was co-owner of Prive Hair Gallery. Her passion for the salon industry drove her to seek innovative products that would bring larger profits for the hard-working hairstylists behind the chair. To this day, she is still behind the chair 3 days a week and a mother to 2 children. If you ever catch her sitting, she is probably thinking about the next best thing, so pull up a chair and sit with her. You will definitely walk away feeling energized and inspired. Marion’s journey is no accident. Through hard work and dedication, she has been able to give back to an industry that she loves so much through ColdHair Academy.
Patricia
Meet the co-owner, aka the integrator behind Cold Hair Academy. Patricia has been in the salon industry for over 20 years. From a little girl, her mother told her she was going to be hairstylist. By the age of 17, she enrolled in the trade, and by 24, she was a co-owner to Prive Hair Gallery. Patricia is the most positive person you could meet. No, is not in her vocabulary. She will always find a way and do it with a smile on her face. To this day, she is still behind the chair 3 days a week. Her most important job title is being a mom to her three boys. Patricia's journey into becoming a co owner of ColdHair Academy is because she believed in Marion's vision. Together, they give back to the industry they love and has made her mother proud of the woman she has become.
